- 2 Whole wheat burger buns

- 2 Gherkins
The Magic Method
Step 1
Get your Low Fat Big Mac started by Preheating your oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas mark 6.
Step 2
Slice your potatoes into thin fries. Spray your fries with Frylight and season with salt and pepper, lightly toss your fries to ensure they’re evenly coated and place in the oven (shake every 10 minutes to ensure no burnt fries). Cook for approx. 35 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 3
While your fries cook, chop one of the gherkins as finely as you can.
Step 4
Mix the gherkin with low fat greek yogurt, low fat mayo, mustard powder, onion powder and paprika. This is your burger sauce.
Step 5
Combine your steak mince with a generous amount of salt and pepper and mould into 4 evenly sized patties.
Step 6
Heat a large pan (preferably non stick) with a drizzle of oil over a medium heat. Fry the patties for 3-4 minutes each side or until cooked through.
Step 7
Peel and finely dice your onion, slice the second gherkin into circles and chop up the lettuce. Slice the whole wheat burger buns in half.
Step 8
Assemble your burgers with the lettuce, patties, cheese and burger sauce in order of your preference.
Step 9
Serve your stacked juicy Low Fat Big Mac alongside your fries, then tuck in!
