Cooking Tip - Cook on high for 2-3 minutes each side then reduce and cook for a further 2 minutes each side for a rare steak or 3 for medium rare.

Storage and Prep
Keep refrigerated and consume by the use-by date on the pack.

Heat a frying pan over a high heat for 2-3 minutes. Place in a dry pan and cook over a high heat for 2-3 minutes. Place in a dry pan and cook over high heat for 1 minute each side. Reduce heat and continue to cook for a further 2 mins each side (rare), 3 minutes each side (medium) or 4 minutes each side (well done). Allow steak to rest before serving.
